Customer Service
Savvy Salon & Day Spa is all about you! We aim to provide you with the highest standards of service and personal care, in the most professional environment so that you will return and recommend us again and again.
Color Policy
We offer a 100% guarantee on all our color services within the first week they were performed. They are guaranteed thereafter only with use of recommended at-home care products. Corrective color usually requires more than one service to achieve results. Stylists will determine all guarantees. Because of home coloring products, we cannot guarantee color services if the client has previously had color done outside of our salon.
Product Return
We offer 100% Satisfactin Guarantee on all of our skin and hair products. If you decide that it is not right for you, and provided that 1/2 the original amount of the product is unused, we will glady take it back and exchange it for another product within 14 days of original purchase. No cash or credit card refunds, exchanges only. Dermalogica make-up and boutique items are non-returnable.
Cancellation Policy
In the event that you need to cancel your scheduled appointment we ask that you please call us at least 24 hours in advance. For your spa packages a cancellation charge equal to 50% of your package price will be charged to your credit card if we are not notified 24 hours in advance.
Product Home Care
Continued results are achieved through daily use of professional prducts at home. Your specialist will recommend a home care regiment to maintain your results between visits.
Gift Certificates
All gift certificate sales are Final. No Refunds (Cash, Credit or Check). Expiration is one year from the date of purchase. You can purhcase dollar amounts or services when booking a package. Half of the gift certificate price will be taken away for no shows.
